CHARTING OAK
Westland’s Garryana American Single Malt is the ongoing exploration of a species of oak found only in the Pacific Northwest. Quercus garryana introduces a unique and compelling expression of our native terroir. Each release reveals a new facet of this rare oak’s contribution to flavor.
Edition 9 highlights the tension between lighter elements on the palette like Pale Malt and Oloroso Sherry casks, in contrast to the darker profile of the Garry Oak casks. The result is a deliciously complex whiskey that is distinctly American.
